Edaa applies Academy of Learning’s capital increase

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Academy of Learning (AOL)’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 30, according to a Tadawul statement.

According to Argaam data, Academy of Learning’s shareholders approved last week the board’s proposal for increasing capital by 50% through a 1-for-2 bonus issue by capitalizing SAR 30 million from retained earnings.
