Leaf Global to debut on Nomu on June 27

Leaf Global Environmental Services Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on June 27 under the symbol 9597 and ISIN code SA1630P4LUH2.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

Meanwhile, in a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of Leaf Global into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 25.
 
Earlier, the company floated 1.5 million shares on Nomu, representing 30% of capital. The offering was 125.5% subscribed at SAR 50 per share, Argaam's data showed.
