Yaqeen Capital to list, start trading on Nomu from June 26

Yaqeen Capital’s shares will list and begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on June 26, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, June 24.

 

The shares will list with the symbol 9602 and ISIN Code SA1620K4M113.

 

Daily fluctuation limit is ±30% and static price fluctuation limit is ±10%.

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced today the addition of Yaqeen Capital subscribed securities to the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

According to Argaam's data, the company floated three million shares, or 20% of capital, on Nomu. The subscription, which ran for 19 days and ended on May 23, was limited to qualified investors.
