Fad International’s board recommends dividend freeze for 2023

Fad International Co.’s board of directors recommended, on June 9, withholding dividends for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The decision was attributed to the company’s lower earnings reported last year, the statement added.
 
 
The company’s net profit plunged 98% to SAR 262,000 in 2023, from SAR 14.6 million a year earlier, Argaam reported.
