Leaf Global IPO on Nomu 125.5% covered

The initial public offering (IPO) of Leaf Global Environmental Services on Nomu-Parallel Market was 125.5% covered at SAR 50 per share, Alkhair Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.

Alkhair Capital will finalize the required paperwork with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to set the debut date.

 

The company floated 1.5 million shares, or 30% of its capital, at SAR 50 each, Argaam earlier reported.
