Bawan shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2024

Bawan Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends, semi-annually or quarterly, for 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on June 3.

 

Shareholders also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Bawan paid a cash dividend of 15%, or SAR 1.5 per share, to shareholders for 2023 semi-annually, Argaam reported.
