Musharaka REIT Fund’s annual management fees cut to 0.95%

Musharaka Capital, the fund manager of Musharaka REIT Fund, announced cutting the annual management fees to 0.95% from 1.2% of the total fund asset value, excluding fees and charges, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The move aligns with the fund’s cost-efficiency efforts, the statement added.

 

The relevant financial impact will be positively reflected on the fund’s cash flows as the fees reduction will be implemented from Jan. 1, 2024.
