Gulf Union Alahlia signs contract with SRG to provide health insurance services

Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. (Gulf Union Alahlia) signed on June 1 a contract with Saeed Raddad Group (SRG) to provide cooperative health insurance services to its employees and their family members, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

 

The company explained in a statement on Tadawul that the contract spans one year starting from June 1, 2024. Its value exceeds 5% of the total written insurance premiums, according to the audited financial statements for 2023.

 

Gulf Union Alahlia expects the deal to have a positive impact on its financial results for 2024 and 2025. There are no related parties, it added.
