Amana Insurance gets IA nod to extend Rachid Abi Nader's term as MD

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, May 30, the Insurance Authority’s (IA) non-objection to the board of directors’ decision to extend Rachid Abi Nader's appointment as Managing Director (MD).

 

The extension will be for six months, starting from the end of the current appointment period, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Abi Nader was appointed Managing Director for six months, from Dec. 6, 2023, to June 6, 2024, according to data compiled by Argaam.
