ACWA Power deposits proceeds from fractional shares sale

ACWA Power Co. concluded today, May 29, the sale of the fractional shares resulting from the company’s capital increase, which was approved by the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on April 29.

The company sold 6,23 fractional shares at an average price of SAR 397.76, totaling SAR 2.47 million.

The company's shareholders approved, on April 30, the board's recommendation to increase capital by SAR 14.62 million from retained earnings through a 1-for-500 bonus share distribution, according to Argaam's data.
