Sure inks SAR 13.9M supply chain development contract with Commerce Ministry

Sure Global Tech Co. signed a contract worth SAR 13.86 million (VAT inclusive) for a project to diversify and develop commodity supply chains with the Ministry of Commerce, in cooperation with the General Authority of Foreign Trade (GAFT), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the 30-month contract, Sure will develop supply chains for essential materials, goods, as well as basic and mineral products. It will also create advanced technological systems, adopt artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tech, and advise on international trade agreements.

 

The company expected the contract to imply a positive impact on financial statements for 2024, 2025 and 2026.

 

The necessary signatures were obtained, and a copy of the contract was received today, May 28, it indicated, noting that there are no related parties.

 

Last April, Sure won a 30-month contract valued at SAR 13.86 million (VAT inclusive) by GAFT to develop commodity supply chains, data available to Argaam showed.
