Saudi Cable major shareholders seek vote to dismiss directors, file lawsuit

Saudi Cable Co. received a request from shareholders owning more than 10% of capital to hold a general meeting to vote on dismissing board members, Ziad Al-Barrak and Nael Fayez, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also requested to bring a liability lawsuit against those directors for attempting to harm the company’s shareholders.

 

Accordingly, the company will take the necessary legal procedures and any developments in this regard will be announced in due course, the statement added.
