The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved SNB Capital’s application to merge SNB Capital Al Ataa GCC Equity Fund and SNB Capital Al Jood GCC Equity Fund into SNB Capital GCC Growth and Income Fund.

An investment decision without carefully reading the terms and conditions (T&C) or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the T&C, which includes detailed information on the fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks. If the T&C proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information.

The CMA added that its approval should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe to the fund, as it merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.
