Maharah names Abdullah Al-Amr as Chairman, Ahmed Al-Humaidan Vice Chair

Maharah Human Resources Co. appointed Abdullah Al-Amr as Board Chairman and Ahmed Al-Humaidan as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The audit committee was also formed by Abdulaziz Al Nowaiser as Chairman, comprising two non-board members.

 

The nominations and remuneration committee also comprised two members, in addition to Khalid Al Khudairi as Chairman.

 

Meanwhile, Abdullah Al-Amr was named as Chairman of the executive committee, which includes four other members.
