SRMG reappoints Abdulrahman Alrowaita as Chair, names Majid Alissa Vice Chair

Saudi Research and Marketing Group’s (SRMG) board reappointed Abdulrahman Alrowaita as Chairman and named Majid Alissa as Vice Chairman for the upcoming three-year term, starting May 21, 2024.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SRMG said the three-member executive committee was formed, headed by Abdulrahman Alrowaita.

 

In addition, the remuneration and nominations committee was formed, with Abdullah Al-Rubaian as Chairman and the membership of two non-executives.

 

Moreover, the company’s representatives were appointed at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).

 

In a separate statement, SRMG said it formed the audit committee chaired by Turki Bugshan. Majid Alissa and Hamad Al-Omar were appointed as the committee members.
