MIS shareholders approve dividend policy amendment

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders approved amending the dividend distribution policy during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 20, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

They also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2024.

 

The amended policy includes quarterly or semi-annual distributions for 2024, 2025, and 2026, according to data compiled by Argaam.
