View, Zamil Group sign MoU to boost strategic partnership

View United Real Estate Development Co. signed a memorandum of understanding on May 19, with Zamil Group Real Estate Co. for real estate investment and development.

 

The one-year MoU is automatically renewable unless a party notifies its desire not to renew, 30 days before the end of original or renewed memorandum, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

View said it aims to expand the scope of its work and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading companies in the field of real estate development, and Zamil Group is one of the leading national companies in this field.

 

The financial impact will be determined and disclosed upon signing of the agreement, View said, adding that there are no related parties.
