SNB reappoints Saeed Al-Ghamdi as Chairman

Saudi National Bank's (SNB) board of directors, in a meeting held on May 15, reappointed Saeed Al-Ghamdi as Chairman and Yazed Al-Humaid as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The decisions came upon receiving the no-objection from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) today, May 19.

 

The bank's extraordinary general meeting, held on May 1, elected board members for the term starting May 15 and ending on May 14, 2027, according to Argaam's data.
