Alwasail finalizes acquisition of Shawcor CPS Middle East

Alwasail Industrial Co. finalized the acquisition of the entire shareholding in Shawcor CPS Middle East Ltd. and the transfer of its ownership, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 13.

In June 2023, Alwasail signed a purchase agreement to acquire the entire shareholding of Shawcor CPS for SAR 2 million, according to data available on Argaam.

 

In November 2023, Alwasail announced the issuance of the General Authority for Competition’s (GAC) non-objection on Shawcor CPS Middle East’s takeover.
