Buruj extends Bader Alghunaim’s appointment as Acting CEO

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors received a no-objection from the Insurance Authority to extend the appointment of Bader Alghunaim as an Acting CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The extension period will be extended for three months, starting from the end date of the current assignment period.

 

On Nov. 29, 2023, Buruj's board approved Alghunaim's appointment as Acting CEO, in addition to his current duties, for six months beginning Dec. 4, 2023, as Argaam earlier reported.
