APICO board recommends no dividend for 2023

Arabian Plastic Industrial Co.'s (APICO) board of directors recommended withholding dividend for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The reason for recommendation is to support strategic goals of expansion and growth, the company said.

 

The statement pointed out that the proposal is pending shareholders’ approval at the upcoming general assembly.
