2P secures SAR 149M credit facility from BSF

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed today, May 2, a new Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 149 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The facility was secured today, May 2. It is valid until Dec. 31, 2024.

 

It will be utilized for newly awarded projects and issuing letters of guarantees and letters of credit and invoice financing. It is secured by promissory notes to the amount of total facilities limit, according to the company.
