Keir signs SAR 24M digital transformation agreement with TANMIHA

Keir International Co. signed yesterday, April 24, an agreement worth SAR 24 million (inclusive of VAT) with the National Program for Community Development in the Regions "TANMIHA".

 

Under the agreement, Keir will provide consulting services for digital transformation, information technology, and system development, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

The agreement also covers implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that meets the program’s objectives by adopting technical solutions and capabilities.

 

The financial impact of the 36-month contract will appear in Q3 2024 and last until Q3 2027. There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
