Alhokair Group shareholders elect board members for new term

Shareholders of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) elected board members in an extraordinary general meeting held on April 18.

 

The new term started on April 19, 2024, and ends on April 18, 2028, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board includes Fahad Al-Obailan, Sami Al Hokair, Faisal Al Malik, Salem Alshahrani, Nabil Al-Hoshan, Mishal Al-Shenaifi, and Yanal Al-Saudi.
