Herfy CEO Sam Bader resigns, Mohamed Albargothy takes helm

Herfy Food Services Co.’s board of directors approved on April 19 the resignation of CEO Sam Bader, effective as of today, April 21, due to personal reasons. 

 

Bader, however, was appointed as advisor to the company, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company’s board of directors appointed Mohamed Albargothy as CEO, effective today.

 

Albargothy has extensive experience in the field of the fast-food industry. His career spans roles at McDonald's in Saudi Arabia, Pizza Hut in Jordan, Shawarmer Co. in Saudi Arabia, and McDonald's in Kuwait. Previously, he served as Director of Operations at McDonald's Kuwait.
