SADAFCO reappoints Hamad Al-Sabah as Chairman, names Saied Basamh as Vice Chairman

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.'s (SADAFCO) board of directors decided today, April 1, to reappoint Hamad Al-Sabah as Chairman and name Saied Basamh as Vice Chairman, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The board also formed the audit committee, with Sabah Al-Sabah as Chairman and including the following members: Ihab Othman, Mickey Zacharia, Mohammed Sobh, and Moustapha Chami.

 

In addition, the nominations and remuneration committee was formed from the following members: Essam Al-Thukair, Ahmed Al Marzouqi, and Ahmed Zahran.

 

The executive committee, headed by Sabah Al-Sabah, was formed to include Saied Basamh, Ahmed Al Marzouqi, Ihab Othman, and Samer Abbouchi as members.
