Batic’s Mubarrad, NADEC sign product transportation contract worth SAR 32.2M

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced that its subsidiary, Saudi Transport and Investment Co. (Mubarrad), signed a product transportation contract with National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC), worth SAR 32.22 million.

 

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the three-year contract started from January 2024.

 

It indicated that the contract included transporting NADEC’s food products from its centers to its customers’ warehouses or other centers across Saudi Arabia, GCC countries, and other Arab states.

 

The financial impact will be reflected throughout the contract period, Batic said, noting that there are no related parties.

 

It stated that the necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received on March 28.
