Bawan's subsidiary awarded SAR 410M contracts by Saudi Electricity

Bawan Co.'s subsidiary in the electric sector has won a group of contracts to supply electrical products to Saudi Electricity Co., at an estimated value of SAR 409.7 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract includes a commitment to supply electrical products according to the purchase orders that will be issued by SEC during the contract validity.

 

Bawan also said that the contract is binding on its subsidiary and is not binding on SEC.

 

It noted that the related financial impact will reflect on its results starting from Q4 2024 until Q4 2025.
