Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) board of directors approved today, March 27, the resignation of CEO Talal Al Khereiji, due to personal reasons, effective on April 30, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The board also resolved to appoint Tareq Al Sadhan to replace Al Khereiji as the new CEO, starting May 1, 2024.  

 

Al Sadhan earned his Executive MBA from The École des Ponts in France and his Bachelor's in Accounting from King Saud University. He also holds fellowships from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

With over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Al Sadhan enjoys expertise in auditing, taxes, financial and managerial consulting, and banking. He has served in several leadership roles, most recently as CEO of Riyad Bank.
