Al Mohafaza Company for Education will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on March 26, under the symbol 9598 and ISIN code SA161G54LV18.

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement today, March 24.
 
Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing today the subscribed shares of Al Mohafaza for Education into the accounts of eligible shareholders.
 
The company offered of 1.6 million ordinary shares, or 20% of post-IPO capital, on Nomu  at SAR 18 each. The offering was 324.09% oversubscribed.
