Lock-up period for Seera major shareholders ends today

The lock-up period imposed on Lumi Rental Co.’s major shareholders ends today, March 24 – six months after its shares listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Sept. 25, 2023.

These shareholders may now dispose of their shares without the need to obtain prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
