GO pays compensation for unsubscribed rights issue shares

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) announced distributing compensation worth SAR 67.39 million to rights issue holders who did not exercise their right to subscribe to the new shares.

 

The company said that Banque Saudi Fransi deposited the compensation amounts into the bank accounts associated with the portfolios of eligible individuals and it is in the process of depositing the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible investors who have not exercised their subscription rights for the new shares, according to a statement to Tadawul.

As for the eligible investors whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can contact company's investor relations, it added.
