NADEC shareholders elect board members for new term

National Agricultural Development Co.’s (NADEC) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term starting on April 11, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 19.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the new board will include Abdulaziz Alrebdi, Ahmad Shahini, Amr Al-Jallal, Khaled Al-Rowais, Nasser Almeshary, Issa Al Hurimmees and Alaa Alhashem.
