Tadawul sees 4 OTC deals on 5336 Saudi Cable shares

Saudi Cable Co. (SCC) saw, on March 14, four over-the-counter (OTC) deals on around 5,336 shares.

According to data compiled by Argaam, 116,900 shares have been traded in OTC deals on Saudi Cable, representing 1.8% of the company’s total 6.7 million shares, since Tadawul approved the company's request to trade its shares over the counter in August 2023.

 

 Trading of Saudi Cable shares was suspended on May 9, 2022, due to the delay in publishing annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021. This suspension continued due to the delay in publishing financials for the following periods as well.

 

The company's shares closed at SAR 57.20 in the last trading session.
