AMAK extends multi-year sales agreement with Glencore International

Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK) extended a new multi-year offtake contract with Glencore International AG to sell 100% of its zinc and copper concentrates produced from mining operations in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Products will continue to be delivered under the agreement for an additional 24 months, until the end of December 2026, the statement said, adding that the agreement is subject to extension for another period by mutual agreement.

 

Glencore International said it will continue to provide mining technical services, to ensure the best possible value for products.

 

In January 2023, AMAK executed a new multi-year offtake contract with Glencore International to sell 100% of its zinc and copper concentrates produced from mining operations in Saudi Arabia, data compiled with Argaam showed.
