Theeb reappoints Chairman, Vice Chair

Theeb Rent a Car Co.’s board of directors reappointed Mohammed Al-Theeb as Chairman (non-executive member) and Riyad Al Malik as Vice Chairman (independent member) for the next three-year term, beginning today, March 7.

In a statement to Tadawul, Theeb said that Sadiq Al-Ali was elected as board secretary.

 

The company also announced the formation of a three-member audit committee, chaired by Haitham Alforaih (independent member).

 

The nominations and remuneration committee was also formed, comprising three members, with Riyad Al-Malik as Chairman.

 

Moreover, a five-member executive committee was formed, chaired by Selim Chidiac (independent member).

 

Naif Al-Theeb and Sadiq Al-Ali were appointed as the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul, the statement added.
