Quara Finance to debut on Nomu on March 7

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Quara Finance Co. will be listed and start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on March 7 under the trading symbol 9596  and ISIN Code SA16107KLU11.

 

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, March 5.

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of Quara Finance into the accounts of eligible shareholders today.

 

On Feb. 18, Quara Finance completed the offering of 2.65 million shares, or about 8.83% of capital, on Nomu. Qualified investors fully subscribed to the offered shares, set at an offering price of SAR 15 apiece. The IPO was 218% oversubscribed, Argaam’s data showed.
