Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors approved, on March 4, setting up a 100%-owned limited liability company to operate in the training field.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the move came after obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant authorities.
This trend comes in line with SAPTCO's strategy, which seeks to grow and develop its business, and diversify revenues, the statement added.
The company also noted that it will announce any future developments in this regard in due course.
