Tadawul sees OTC deal on 2,500 Saudi Cable shares

Saudi Cable Co. saw on Feb. 29 an over-the-counter (OTC) deal on around 2,500 shares.

According to data compiled by Argaam, 79,100 shares, or 1.2% of the company's total shares amounting to 6.7 million shares have been traded in OTC deals on Saudi Cable since Tadawul approved the company's request to trade its shares over the counter on August 23, 2023.

 

Trading of Saudi Cable shares was suspended on May 9, 2022, due to the delay in publishing annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021. This suspension continued due to the delay in publishing financials for the following periods as well.

 

The company's shares closed at SAR 57.20 in the last trading session.
