Umm Al-Qura Cement board to withhold 2023 dividends

Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.’s board of directors decided today, Feb. 29, not to pay dividends for 2023.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the decision was made to support and strengthen the company's financial position.

 

The recommendation for this decision is subject to voting during the upcoming ordinary general meeting (OGM), with the specific date to be determined later after receiving official approval for its convening.
