NCLE shareholders elect board members for next term

National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) headquarters

Shareholders of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Feb. 28, 2024, in the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 26.

 

The elected members are Ibrahim Al-Derea, Khalid Al Khudair, Abdullaziz Al-Thiab, Abdullaziz Al Swailem, Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Khudair, and Mohammed bin Khalid Al Khudair, NCLE said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

They also delegated the newly elected board with the authority of the OGM for one year from the consent date of the general assembly or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the Companies Law.
