Batic says 57% of Al-Khuzama infrastructure works completed

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced that 57% of the infrastructure development work for Al-Khuzama project in Madinah, which is owned by its subsidiary Batic Real Estate Co., has been completed.

The company completed road leveling, installed lighting poles with cable connections in progress, and finished and tested the internal sewage and water systems. Authorities had previously approved the designs for the road, lighting, water, sewage, and electricity networks.

The company expected the infrastructure development to finish by the end of 2024's second half.

According to Argaam’s data, in June 2022, Batic Real Estate signed an agreement with ALMQR Development Co., the investment arm of Madinah Municipality, to develop the Al-Khuzama neighborhood project’s plan in Madinah on the land bought in May 2022 for SAR 126.39 million. In February 2023, it received Madinah Municipality’s approval on the plan.
