Anaam shareholders to vote on 75% capital hike via bonus issue on March 4

Anaam International Holding Group's shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to increase capital through a SAR 236.25 million rights offering, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on March 4, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available on Argaam, Anaam’s board of directors decided in May 2023 to amend the recommendation of increasing the company's capital, by offering priority rights shares, from SAR 157.5 million to SAR 236.25 million.
