Ejar Index records about 60,000 deals in January

The Ejar Index recorded 59,580 housing commercial rental deals in January, with up to 2,000 contracts on a daily basis — the highest rate of commercial contracts to concluded in one month, totaling over 1.5 million documented leases.

 

Commercial rental deals rose by more than 15% year-on-year (YoY) in January, Ejar said in a statement today, Feb. 12.

 

Commercial units of various types recorded remarkable growth, with the office type growing by over 26%YoY during the same month, with more than 6,600 offices registered for leasing in a month.
