Naqi Water signs SAR 1.2M contract to buy egg-producing poultry

Naqi Water Co. signed a contract for the purchase of egg-producing poultry with Arab Poultry Co. to increase the current production capacity by 50%.

 

The contract value is SAR 1.17 million, VAT inclusive, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The agreement involves the purchase of 43,000 Lohmann birds that will contribute to raising the production capacity to approximately 40 million eggs annually.

 

The financial impact on revenues is expected to begin in Q1 2024, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties.
