NGDC names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s board of directors decided in its first meeting on Feb. 8 to appoint Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman as Chairman and Abdul Latif Al Abdul Latif as Vice Chairman.

 

In addition, Rania Al-Jabr was appointed secretary of the board, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company’s board also formed the audit committee, with Raed Al-Haidari serving as chairman. The committee includes Walid Al-Bassam and Abdulaziz Al-Suwaidan as members.
