Malath names Bader Al-Ali as Chairman, Mohammed Al-Ammari as Vice Chairman

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. obtained today, Feb. 6, the Insurance Authority’s (IA) non-objection on appointing Bader Al-Ali (independent member) as Chairman until the end of the current term, which started on April 21, 2022.

 

The IA also approved appointing Mohammed Al-Ammari (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman, according to a statement by the insurer to Tadawul.
