NCLE shareholders to elect new board on Feb. 26

Shareholders of The National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) are set to elect members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Feb. 28, 2024, in the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Feb. 26.

 

The OGM agenda also includes delegating the new board with the authority of the OGM for one year from the consent date of the general assembly or until the end of the delegated board term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the executive regulations of the Companies Law relating to listed joint stock companies, according to a statement to Tadawul.
