Saudi Electricity appoints Najm Alzaid as Chairman, Raed AlRayes as Vice Chairman

Saudi Electricity Co.’s board of directors appointed Najm Alzaid as Chairman and Raed AlRayes as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board of directors was elected at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) for the new session from Jan. 21, 2024 until Jan. 20, 2028.
