Osool & Bakheet names Abdullah Alkhorayef as Chairman

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co.’s board of directors approved, on Nov. 30, 2023, the appointment of Abdullah Alkhorayef (independent member) as Chairman for the current term ending on Dec. 26, 2024. 

 

The appointment will be effective from the date of the Capital Market Authority’s approval on Jan. 22, 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Alkhorayef obtained a Bachelor’s degree in business administration (financial management) from King Saud University, and a Master’s degree in business administration from King Abdulaziz University.  

 

He is currently the CEO of Alkhorayef Trading Co. He has also held several leadership positions in various companies since 2000 before joining Osool & Bakheet Investment Co.'s board of directors.
